BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONs

To secure your spot, simply navigate to our user-friendly online booking system. Here, you can select from cage or field rentals, parties and training opportunities.

Cage and field rental bookings have limitations for advanced booking. If you are a team or looking for a recurring seasonal booking, please reach out to us directly at info@pitchsarnia.ca to secure your seasonal time.

For the best experience, we recommend no more than 12 players per half field rental. Individual cage rentals are limited to a maximum of 4 players per cage.

CANCELLATIONS

For individual cage or field rentals, users may cancel up to 24-hours in advance of their paid booking. Users will be refunded to their Swift Account wallet in the Pitch App once cancelled. Member bookings are subject to the membership terms and conditions.

Team or recurring group bookings are subject to the cancellation policy found here.

FACILITY POLICIES

Wet, muddy or dirty footwear is not to enter the field or playing surface at anytime. During prime hours, all footwear is to be deposited into a locker or into the shoe racks provided in the lobby. During after-hours members use, all exterior footwear is to be placed inside a locker at the entrance.

Only running, tennis, basketball, or specific turf training shoes are permissible on the playing field. Open-toed, molded or metal spikes are not allowed on the turf at Pitch.

No. Pitch is equipped with field cameras that can be viewed by parents and spectators from the lobby. The field and gym area are for players and coaches only.

Pitch is equipped with a bottle filling station and water fountain - all other liquids and foods can not be brought onto the field.
